Kim serves as Chief Operating Officer at Lydian Energy, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across engineering, construction, and operations, in the power and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining Lydian, Kim served for more than 18 years as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Acciona Energy. Kim also held senior leadership positions at Exelon Corporation as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives–Power and at American Electric Power as Vice President of Regional Operations for the Tulsa Region. Throughout Kim’s career, Kim has led work across fossil generation, hydroelectric power, wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems, with responsibilities spanning project engineering, construction execution, and operating performance. Kim has consistently emphasized safety as a foundational value and key measure of organizational success. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.
