Max serves as the Senior Director of Capital Markets at Lydian, bringing 10 years of expertise in renewable energy project acquisition, development, and financial structuring. Prior to joining Lydian, Max served as Director of Acquisition and Structuring at Enel North America. Earlier in his career, he held key roles in acquisitions and late-stage development across Europe and Southern Africa, managing acquisitions and investments in 4.8 GW of wind, solar, and battery storage projects and successfully closing nearly $1 billion in project financing. Max received his M.S. in Engineering from the University of Rome and a post-graduate degree in Renewable Energy Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
