Olivia Harby

Olivia serves as a Development Associate at Lydian Energy, bringing four years of experience in energy project development, strategic siting, and project management. Prior to joining Lydian, she worked at Advanced Power, where she supported and managed the development of energy projects and co-location opportunities. Olivia began her career at Galehead Development, where she focused on early-stage project development, greenfield origination, and market analysis, building a strong foundation in identifying, evaluating, and advancing new opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College.
