William Powers

William is an Associate on the Capital Markets team at Lydian, with expertise in finance and renewable energy transactions. Prior to joining, William worked at Enel Green Power in various roles, including Financial Valuation and Transactions & Structuring (M&A). William worked directly on the financial valuation and analysis of over 15 utility scale wind, solar and battery storage projects successfully approved at investment committee. William supported project development through analyzing offtake solutions, financings and procurement related activities. William was also involved in the support of individual and portfolio level asset divestitures during his time at the company. William holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Economics from Bentley University.
