Arliza Nathania Gracia

Arliza serves as an M&A and Business Development Analyst at Lydian Energy, supporting investment underwriting, acquisitions, transactions, and due diligence across solar and storage projects in North America. Prior to joining Lydian, she worked across energy transition and infrastructure initiatives in Southeast Asia at the World Bank and World Resources Institute Indonesia, with prior experience at Deloitte and Boston Consulting Group. Her experience spans both the demand and supply sides of the power sector and industrial decarbonization, working closely with leading utilities and commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. Arliza holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, where she focused on renewable energy and investment and was a fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy. She was also a finalist in the Sustainable Investing Challenge by Morgan Stanley.
