Erin Giglia

Director, Project Management

Erin serves as Associate Director, Project Manager, bringing 27 years of construction project management experience to the Lydian team. Prior to joining Lydian, Erin led a large Energy Savings Performance Contract in Northern Japan for Trane Technologies. Erin has also managed numerous large commercial projects for various companies in the Midwest. Erin studied Construction Management at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
