Ian Chisholm

Ian Chisholm is a Senior Associate on the Capital Markets team at Lydian Energy, where he leads the structuring and execution of project- and portfolio-level financings, including construction and term debt, tax equity, and corporate facilities. Before joining Lydian, Ian spent five years in project finance at Renewable Properties, where he led $118M of tax equity and debt financings for solar and storage projects and supported $437M of transactions across the platform. He previously held roles at Community Preservation Partners and Berkeley Research Group. Ian holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA. A Bay Area native, he spends his free time surfing, skiing, and backpacking.
