Juliette Rangel is the Director of IT with fifteen years of experience in enterprise solution development and process automation in the energy sector. Prior to her role at Lydian, she was the Senior Director of Technology at a leading renewable service company, where she successfully implemented enterprise-wide solutions for HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations departments. Juliette began her career in the oil and gas sector, overseeing system and data integration for various acquisitions and mergers. She holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and maintains her Project Management Professional (P.M.P) certification through the Project Management Institute.
