Adam Fisher

Adam Fisher joined Lydian as Senior Counsel in 2026, bringing more than a decade of legal experience including advising on renewable energy project acquisitions, development, financing, and construction, with a focus on utility-scale solar and energy storage transactions. Prior to joining Lydian, Adam served as Senior Counsel at Pine Gate Renewables, where he advised on over $8 billion of renewable energy financings and supported the acquisition, development, financing, and construction of more than 2 GW of utility-scale solar and hybrid projects across the United States. He previously served as Associate General Counsel for The Carroll Companies, supporting traditional real estate development and financing transactions totaling more than $900 million. Adam has extensive experience negotiating and closing tax equity, debt financing, and tax credit transfer transactions, managing complex project development, and advising on renewable energy commercial agreements, project structuring, and regulatory compliance matters. Adam holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from Elon University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
