Christan Wojtas

Christan Wojtas serves as Director, Health & Safety at Lydian Energy, where she is dedicated to fostering a positive safety culture and advancing the company’s commitment to protecting the health and well-being of employees, contractors, and stakeholders. She brings more than a decade of experience in health and safety leadership within the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining Lydian, Christan held a leadership role with Enel Green Power North America, where she managed a team of five professionals and supported the health and safety of operations and maintenance teams responsible for more than 13 gigawatts of wind, solar, and battery energy storage assets across North America. Throughout her career, she has helped drive safety excellence through program development, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Christan holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College.
