Shell Jiang

Shell serves as Vice President of Procurement at Lydian Energy, leading procurement strategy, contracting, and supply-chain initiatives across the company’s utility-scale solar and battery storage portfolio. Prior to joining Lydian, Shell led strategic sourcing at Geronimo Power, formerly National Grid Renewables, supporting approximately 1 GW of annual renewable energy construction across solar, wind, and storage. She previously led strategic procurement and commercial transactions at Recurrent Energy, including EPC contracting, safe-harbor procurement, and owner-supplied equipment for more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects. Earlier in her career, Shell spent nearly a decade with GCL New Energy, advancing through project and commercial leadership roles supporting utility-scale solar development and construction. She brings extensive experience in global sourcing, complex contract negotiations, domestic-content strategy, and renewable-energy supply chains. Shell holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
