Connor Mueth

Connor Mueth joined Lydian in 2025 as a Commissioning Engineer, bringing eight years of renewable energy experience spanning operations, construction, and engineering. Before joining Lydian, he commissioned over 2.5 GWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) with Powin. He also brings hands-on field experience and troubleshooting expertise from the wind industry with Vestas, where he began as a technician before transitioning to engineering roles. Earlier in his career, Connor worked in the automotive sector with a focus on alternative-fueled vehicles and related infrastructure.
He holds a B.S. in Automotive Technology with a minor in Environmental Studies from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, where he graduated magna cum laude.
