Ian Moskal

Ian serves as Vice President, Head of Project Development, leading a team of developers to advance and derisk Lydian’s growing portfolio of projects. Ian brings a decade of experience in development, engineering, and asset management for renewable energy and battery storage projects. Prior to joining Lydian, Ian led development and engineering for a 2.5 GW portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects at Talen Energy. Ian also held previous roles at Fengate Asset Management and NRG Energy, working in the development and management of power generation assets across the US, Canada, and the UK. Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and master’s in chemical engineering, with a focus in energy economics and engineering, both from Cornell University.
