Lara Thiele

Lara Thiele serves as Counsel, with expertise in the development, construction, and financing of renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Lydian, Lara worked at Vineyard Offshore LLC, where she was the internal legal lead for the first debt financing and the first tax equity transaction of a utility scale offshore wind project in the United States. She also advised the company with respect to early-stage development and construction contracts and corporate activities. Lara began her legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP’s New York office, where she was an associate in the Project Finance group. Lara holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in Business Management from Texas State University. She is licensed to practice in New York.
